Modern approach to improving the risk management system of joint agricultural entrepreneurship

The main industry priorities include the accelerated development of Russia. However, the economic development of the population, especially in rural areas, while maintaining low labor productivity, does not allow to solve the strategic task set: an increase in the number of growing  resources  and  resources  without  investments,  investments,  equipment  and  technologies from the border areas of the PRC. The growing scale of joint agricultural entrepreneurship is hampered by the numerous risks of reducing and losing planned volumes of agricultural products, which determines the need to implement new approaches to their identification, classification, ranking, prevention and reduction in creating an appropriate system for managing these processes. In the presented scientific article based on the generalization of theoretical ideas about the
nature of joint agricultural entrepreneurship, the practice of its development in the border with the PRC regions of Primorsky Krai and export rating of sources and the level of emerging risks, a decision-making algorithm for the development of this type of economic activity with
minimal negative consequences is proposed.
